It’s not uncommon to deal with hurricanes in North Carolina, but the northeast hasn’t had to deal with them too much. Sandy was a huge hurricane that turned into a post-tropical cyclone (I had to look that one up).

I know it’s pounded the junk out of the east coast, especially from New York to Washington DC and everything in between. Stay safe, my friends. I hope you are all okay!

All I can do is watch the news and wait for tweets and FB posts. Please check in somewhere so I stop worrying!

   Hi Beth,

   I live in Somerset MA and we were lucky to not loose our power especially as my father is on oxygen 24/7.
