Tuesday Check-in

Today is not as exciting as yesterday – with the deliciously tattooed man and the free ARC (it’s still up for grabs if you haven’t entered yet!). It’s the second work day after daylight saving time started and wow, was it hard to get up this morning. Why is the second day always the worst?

Ugh.

The only cool thing happening today, other than waking up and taking in air, is that I’m going to a Carolina Hurricanes hockey game tonight. A bunch of folks at work are getting treated to a game (yay!) so it’s likely only going to cost me a parking fee. I’ve never been to one, and really only watch Olympic ice hockey. I know they’ve won the Stanley cup and all, but I just hadn’t gotten around to attending a game. I’ve even got a black and red jacket to wear. :)

Another event worth note is I am now one of the Wicked Writers. I’m joining some fabulous authors I know and love. They have a wonderful chat loop and the readers have already made me feel welcome.

I’m off to get some more coffee (soooo grateful for the bitter brew) and get some toothpicks for my eyelids. Have a great day y’all!

I hope you enjoy your hockey game. Being from Canada that is one sport I think is inbred in us. My kids get upset with me during this season :( basically from the beginning of October to the end of June it’s smorgasbord for diner. welcome to wicked it’s a great site.
    Have fun.
